You must be at least 21 years old to register with bn8. bn8 may request documents for age verification at any time. If an account is found to belong to a minor, all balances will be forfeited and legal action may be taken.

bn8 services may be restricted in certain areas. You are solely responsible for confirming that participating in online gaming is lawful from your location. Responsibility for using the platform from a jurisdiction where it is prohibited rests entirely with the user.

Deposit Rules
The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at bn8: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. Use only a payment method registered in your own name — deposits through third parties are prohibited.

- Deposited funds are generally credited to your account within a few minutes

Withdrawal Rules
To withdraw funds from bn8, there must be a sufficient verified balance in your account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Processing a request generally takes 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used at the time of deposit.

Fraudulent Transactions
In cases of fraud, chargebacks, money laundering or any illegal financial activity, bn8 reserves the right to immediately close the account and forfeit all balances. Relevant authorities may also be notified in such cases.
Bonuses and Promotions
bn8 bonus offers are provided subject to specific terms. Compliance with all terms is mandatory.
Welcome Bonus
New members at bn8 will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. This bonus must be wagered 20 times before withdrawal. Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200 — a total of ৳44,000 must be wagered before withdrawal.
- The bonus can be received once on the first deposit only
- The time limit for meeting the wagering requirement applies from the time the bonus is activated
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited
- Bonus cash cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the requirements are met
VIP and Cashback Program
bn8's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. You can advance to a higher tier through regular play. Bronze members receive a weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8% weekly cashback. The cashback amount is calculated based on weekly net losses.
Bonus Abuse Policy
If any attempt is made to unfairly take advantage of bonuses through bonus abuse, multiple accounts, group betting or any other method, bn8 may cancel the bonus and close the account. bn8's decisions regarding bonuses are final.
Gaming Rules
All games are conducted fairly and transparently. bn8's decision is final in the event of a technical error or dispute.
General Gaming Terms
All games available on bn8 are operated by third-party game provider software. Each game has specific rules that should be read before playing. If a technical error affects the outcome of a game, that round may be considered void.

- Bets lost due to network disconnection are generally not refunded
- Any attempt to exploit errors or bugs in the software will result in account closure

Sports Betting
The sports betting section offers markets for cricket (including BPL, IPL and T20 World Cup), football, kabaddi and many other sports. Betting closes after the match starts or after a set deadline. If a match is cancelled or unresolved, bets will be settled according to the applicable rules.
Live Casino
Live casino games are operated through Evolution Gaming, Ezugi and other licensed providers. The live dealer's decision is final, and bn8's authority will apply in the event of streaming technical issues.
